The standard chilled cheesecake instructions on the kraft foods website is a fantastic starting point when making a cheesecake.

Turns out that adding about 125g of melted chocolate and a teaspoon of orange blossom water; and topping it with grated white chocolate makes a really nice cheesecake that is prone to vanishing completely!
